"Theme Only" means you’re ordering the GPL version of the theme or plugin pack through the GET link on the Theme/Plugin Listing page. With the GPL version, you’ll receive the theme or plugin files, but designs (like styling or CSS), images, and demo content may not be included. Plugins are also not guaranteed to be part of the delivery. No refunds or claims will be accepted for these exclusions.

If you ordered the GPL version with "Theme Only" selected, no support, replacements, or refunds will be provided. The GPL version is recommended only for educational purposes, not for use on live websites.

When you process your order by clicking the GET Your WordPress Theme link button; you shall be getting a copy of the theme under GNU GPL License, i.e. you will not receive any Purchase Key, Updates, or Support regarding your purchase.

Whereas, when you process your theme order by following the BUY WordPress Theme link button, you will be redirected to the Theme Forest Website where you complete your order through Envato Account and you shall be getting the copy of the theme from the Original Developer and the theme pack consists of Purchase key and applicable support and updates for a specified period through the Theme Forest.

So, if you are willing to have a Licence Key with your theme pack, you should follow the BUY button link during the order processing.

If you ordered the GPL version of the theme pack using the GET option, plugins are not guaranteed to be included. We suggest purchasing the theme through the BUY option on ThemeForest to ensure access to support and plugins.

The GET Button Link gives you the GPL Version of Themes and Plugins. Developers use the GPL Version to evaluate the Theme/Plugins or for budget concerns. GPL version works the same as the original licensed version except for the updates and support.
At the BUY Button Link, you will to redirected to the Theme Forest Website to buy the licensed copy of the product by paying the full cost. You shall be getting the support and updates as in terms given by the Theme Forst.

Please ignore these warnings. Developers request to register from you in order to be automatically updated the plugins and themes. These warnings do not prevent the plugins and themes from running.
