As we can understand you have successfully installed the theme with the shared theme pack and are now willing to customize the colors and UI.
Please note, theme customization is a Pro-Service and it is beyond the theme pack you took.
Also, you need to share your installation credentials along with the cPanel access so that the Dev Team may work on that.
