Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing a subscription or any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms.
If the digital product is unusable, we need time to try to fix it. which may take several days. During the fix or check, we may ask you to share certain credentials (like hosting panel, etc.), we may not start the process until we get the complete credentials with full access to the installation without covering any risk. Also, there might be multiple email communications and we would expect a timely reply from you.
We can process a refund if you haven’t downloaded the product or if the product you downloaded from the website was completely unusable, damaged, or non-functioning. We do consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
