Delivery Policy

  1. Instant Downloads
    • All products available on WPThemes.co.in are digital and can be downloaded instantly after purchase. Once downloaded, the order is fulfilled and completed, as digital products do not require shipping.
  2. Delayed Downloads
    • In rare cases, if the My Orders page shows the order status as Processing or On Hold, rest assured that you will receive the updated download link within one working day. In rare cases, this may take a maximum of 72 hours from purchase.
  3. Download Issues
    • If the download link does not work or you do not receive the updated download link within 72 hours, please contact us at connect@wpthemes.co.in or through the Contact Us page on our website. We will address the issue promptly to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, which is instantly downloadable and non-returnable, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will consider refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  2. The product was completely unusable, damaged, or non-functioning.

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

  • You refused to provide our support team with access to your hosting panel or installation environment for troubleshooting.
  • You did not respond to our support team in a timely manner during the resolution process.


Resolution Process

If you encounter issues with a product, please allow us the opportunity to assist you.

  2. Provide detailed information about the issue.
  3. Our team may request credentials (e.g., hosting panel access) to resolve the issue. We may not begin troubleshooting until complete access is provided without covering any risk.
  4. Resolution may require multiple email communications, and we expect timely responses from you to expedite the process.


Limitations of Technical Support

  • WPThemes.co.in is not the developer of the provided products. As such, our technical support capabilities are limited.
  • We do not alter product functionality or fix bugs that originate from the developer.
  • For advanced technical support, we recommend purchasing the themes or plugins directly from the original developers. A Buy Link button is available on all product pages for your convenience.


Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law, you may withdraw from your purchase and request a refund for digital content or services within 14 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The digital content has not been downloaded.
  2. The purchased service (e.g., SEO services, hosting, plugin development) has not commenced.

Once a digital product is downloaded or a service has begun, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
