I ordered a theme pack with hosting, but the demo content wasn’t included on the installed website. What should I do?

If your order includes installation support, we’ll do our best to install the theme with the demo content provided by the theme developer (which we don’t control). If the demo installation fails, we may offer an alternative theme pack in the same business category to meet your website needs.

What happens if the demo content installation fails? Can I get support or a refund?

If you ordered the GPL version with "Theme Only" selected, no support, replacements, or refunds will be provided. The GPL version is recommended only for educational purposes, not for use on live websites.

What should I do if some plugins fail to install during theme installation?

If you ordered the GPL version of the theme pack using the GET option, plugins are not guaranteed to be included. We suggest purchasing the theme through the BUY option on ThemeForest to ensure access to support and plugins.

What does “Theme Only” mean when it’s selected by default on the Order Page?

"Theme Only" means you’re ordering the GPL version of the theme or plugin pack through the GET link on the Theme/Plugin Listing page. With the GPL version, you’ll receive the theme or plugin files, but designs (like styling or CSS), images, and demo content may not be included. Plugins are also not guaranteed to be part of the delivery. No refunds or claims will be accepted for these exclusions.

Why Are These Plugins/Themes Asking Me For A License Key?

Please ignore these warnings. Developers request to register from you in order to be automatically updated the plugins and themes. These warnings do not prevent the plugins and themes from running.
